Identity Data: Name, Email address (if provided through Apple/Google Sign In).
Content Data: Images (drawings) you upload to generate AI variations. We process these temporarily to provide the service.
Usage Data: Information about how you use our app, interactions, and preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

To provide, operate, and maintain our application.
To process your uploaded drawings through our AI generators and return the result to your device.
To manage your credits, purchases, and subscriptions.
To improve, personalize, and expand our application.

3. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By default, uploaded images are wiped from our processing servers after the AI generation is completed. Your gallery is synced securely to your personal account.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data, and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent.
